A BEAUTIFUL POOL PATIO AND DRIVEWAY IN STONE OAK

Wes called me needing pressure washing for his driveway, sidewalk and pool patio. They live in a beautiful neighborhood of The Vineyard with its oak tree lined streets. After arriving I noticed a big rust stain on the driveway right away and calcium scaling on the brick from the sprinklers, we all know how hard the water is in the Stone Oak area. I told Wes I can remove or reduce the rust stain and he was a doubtful at first but I made him a believer! Please check out our photos of the whole project. Their gorgeous pool was built during Covid around 2021 and the patio had not been cleaned since so there was a lot of algae mold, mildew, and staining that needed attention.

After the initial pressure washing using my surface cleaner, I did a post treatment using 1% SH To kill all the organics and also brighten it up to a nice shine! The pool patio had a lot of algae, mold and mildew making it unsafe for their children as the “green stuff” is slimy and slippery. The SH solution kills all the organic growth leaving a safe to walk on surface.

I used a top-of-the-line ICT Rust Eraser, and you will not believe how well it worked. I also used F9 Efflo for the calcium buildup in the front elevation, effectively removing the scaling, which is calcium buildup. Needless to say Wes was impressed with how effective and efficient I was and referred me to his friends and family!
